This role sits at the forefront of a fast-evolving digital transformation within the car wash industry, where you will help businesses adopt next-generation POS hardware and software solutions that drive operational efficiency and revenue growth. You will act as a key connector between innovation and customer needs, engaging with both new market entrants and established operators looking to modernize their systems. The position combines high-volume outbound prospecting with consultative sales discovery, requiring a strong ability to understand operational pain points and translate them into technology-driven value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including field sales and product specialists, to shape tailored solutions. This is a highly dynamic environment where speed, resilience, and curiosity are essential. Your work will directly contribute to expanding the adoption of advanced POS and data-driven tools across the industry.
You will be responsible for generating, qualifying, and managing early-stage sales opportunities while supporting the growth of a modern POS and control technology portfolio.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified leads
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels
- Conduct initial discovery conversations to identify customer pain points and match them with relevant technology solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (Salesforce), ensuring pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Collaborate with field sales teams to develop quotations and support deal progression
- Partner with internal teams to identify cross-sell opportunities across existing customer accounts
- Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to support product and strategy teams
- Support a structured and efficient sales process across all assigned opportunities
You are a driven and energetic sales professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Development, Inside Sales, or Lead Generation roles
- Experience in SaaS, POS systems, or hardware-related sales is a strong plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts
- High-energy, “hunter” mindset with resilience and persistence in outbound sales activities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and priorities
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
- Ability to quickly learn technical product interfaces and value propositions
- Strong consultative approach with focus on customer needs and business outcomes
