This role sits at the intersection of design, education, and storytelling, where complex technical knowledge is transformed into visually compelling learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with senior technology experts to translate topics such as AI, cloud, and cybersecurity into clear, engaging, and executive-ready content. The work spans presentation design, motion graphics, illustrations, and interactive learning assets that support both learners and enterprise customers. You will play a key role in shaping how advanced technical concepts are communicated visually, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and impact. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will partner with subject matter experts and creative peers to continuously refine and elevate learning experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives on simplifying complexity and experimenting with modern creative tools and approaches, including emerging AI capabilities in design workflows.

In this role, you will lead the visual transformation of technical expertise into engaging learning and thought leadership content that supports both educational and strategic objectives.

• Translate complex technical curriculum into visually compelling learning experiences and course materials
• Collaborate with senior subject matter experts to design executive-ready presentations and customer-facing content
• Create supporting visual assets including slides, diagrams, illustrations, frameworks, and light motion graphics
• Develop course visuals, study guides, thumbnails, and animations that enhance learner engagement
• Support social-first and external-facing content to amplify thought leadership initiatives
• Partner across teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and high design standards across all deliverables
• Contribute to experimentation with new creative tools, including AI-driven design workflows

This role requires strong visual design expertise, presentation storytelling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical experts in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design or related creative roles, or 6+ years with an advanced degree
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, and creative execution
• Experience with motion design and basic video editing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with Figma and UI/UX design principles
• Understanding of instructional design principles and learning content structure
• Strong communication skills with the ability to guide conversations and provide constructive direction
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technical experts and executives
• Curiosity and adaptability toward emerging tools, including AI in creative workflows
• Confidence in managing feedback, iterating quickly, and maintaining high-quality output under deadlines
