  • Drive modernization of the platform toward AI-native architecture, including automation, agent-based workflows, and improved system intelligence.
  • Oversee multi-team engineering execution, ensuring strong alignment across managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Improve customer outcomes by reducing time-to-value, increasing platform reliability, and enhancing product usability.

  • Lead hiring, team development, and performance management to continuously raise engineering standards.
  • Promote a culture of execution, accountability, and continuous improvement across all engineering teams.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership of multiple teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Proven experience managing large, customer-facing engineering organizations at scale.
  • Strong track record of shipping complex products in fast-paced, iterative environments.
  • Deep understanding of system architecture, data-heavy platforms, and scalable engineering design.
  • Experience working with product and GTM teams to align technical delivery with business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation, including platform modernization or re-architecture initiatives.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and experience integrating AI-driven practices into engineering workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills in high-growth environments.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $238,000 – $280,000, depending on experience and expertise.
  • Equity participation in a high-growth technology company.
  • Fully remote work model within the United States.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage (majority employer-paid).
  • Life insurance and disability coverage fully paid by the company.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Flexible vacation policy plus paid sick leave, parental leave, and additional personal time off options.
  • Strong focus on work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
  • Opportunity to lead AI-native transformation of a mission-driven enterprise platform.
