- Develop and maintain telephony integrations, including CTI systems, contact flows, and real-time synchronization between CRM and cloud communication systems.
- Build and support fullstack applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies to enhance agent and customer experiences.
- Implement AI-driven capabilities using tools such as Salesforce Agentforce and AWS services (e.g., Lex, Polly) to enable intelligent routing and automation.
- Architect and optimize cloud infrastructure components, including AWS Lambda functions and API-driven services supporting contact center operations.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to define customer journey strategies and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Document system architecture, integration flows, and operational procedures to ensure long-term maintainability and reliability.
- Act as a technical bridge across Salesforce, web, and DevOps teams, supporting best practices in cloud communications engineering.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Service Cloud and Salesforce Flow.
- 3+ years of fullstack development experience using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, and backend technologies like Node.js, Python, or Java.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS Connect or similar cloud-based contact center platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, and WebSockets for real-time system integrations.
- Experience implementing AI-powered customer service solutions, including chatbots, LLM integrations, or automation tools.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud Voice, CTI architecture, and CRM-telephony integration patterns.
- Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to engage directly with international stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to debug complex distributed systems across multiple layers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications (Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II), AWS certifications, or Agentforce specialization.
- Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and Agile development environments.
Benefits:
