Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead strategic and technical initiatives across the Power Platform ecosystem while ensuring successful delivery of complex client solutions:

  • Define and drive Power Platform strategy across projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical best practices.
  • Lead solution envisioning, architecture design, and governance frameworks across Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related tools.
  • Facilitate discovery, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and end-to-end solution planning with clients.
  • Collaborate with cloud, security, data, and development teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions.
  • Guide development across full lifecycle phases including design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Oversee and support technical delivery, ensuring quality, risk awareness, and adherence to standards.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and presentations to support solution adoption and stakeholder understanding.
  • Advise on business process improvements, automation opportunities, and platform optimization.
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong Power Platform expertise combined with consulting experience and a strategic mindset:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Power Platform development, solution architecture, or consulting roles.
  • Deep expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap assessment.
  • Experience working with Azure, SQL, APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, and DevOps pipelines.
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration tools, data modeling, and automation frameworks.
  • Certifications such as PL-600, PL-200, or related Microsoft credentials are strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for clearance due to public sector project requirements.
  • Willingness to work Pacific or Mountain time zones and travel up to 25%.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 – $165,000 depending on experience and qualifications
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, and retirement plans)
  • Remote-friendly work structure with flexibility based on project needs
  • Exposure to high-impact public sector and enterprise transformation projects
  • Professional development opportunities and Microsoft certification support
  • Collaborative consulting environment with strong technical mentorship
  • Opportunities to work with cutting-edge Microsoft cloud and AI technologies
