Accountabilities:
  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects high-value, actionable work items
  • Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to guide development teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and customer groups to gather requirements and feedback
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
  • Coordinate release planning and execution, working closely with Scrum Masters and engineering teams
  • Identify risks and blockers, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track
  • Establish and uphold quality standards, participating in testing and validation processes
  • Lead product demonstrations and incorporate stakeholder feedback into ongoing product improvements
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, optimizing workflows and enhancing team performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile development environment
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features effectively
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance competing priorities
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools and software platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus
