- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects high-value, actionable work items
- Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to guide development teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technical, and customer groups to gather requirements and feedback
- Act as the primary liaison between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Coordinate release planning and execution, working closely with Scrum Masters and engineering teams
- Identify risks and blockers, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to keep delivery on track
- Establish and uphold quality standards, participating in testing and validation processes
- Lead product demonstrations and incorporate stakeholder feedback into ongoing product improvements
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, optimizing workflows and enhancing team performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an agile development environment
- Strong knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing product backlogs, defining user stories, and prioritizing features effectively
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and balance competing priorities
- Familiarity with agile project management tools and software platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) are a plus
