Residential Support Staff at Key Works – Seattle, Washington

Position Overview: Provides direct care and support to residents in Key Works Long-Term Substance Use Disorder Treatment program. Ensures safety, supports treatment compliance, and assists with daily living activities.

Shift: (Part-Time) Thursday - Saturday 9:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform regular safety checks and facility rounds.
• Assist with housekeeping and ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs.
• Complete all mandatory training, as scheduled and required to advance to Level 2.
• Ensure property and resident safety through making rounds of all resident rooms throughout all shifts.
• Read and understand Staff Handbook, and Patient Handbooks for both Long Term Recovery and Recovery House.
• Model appropriate behavior, communication and dress code according to Key Works policies.
• Occasionally transport residents to appointment using company vehicle.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of substance use disorders.
• CPR/First Aid certification, within 30 days of hiring.
• Valid WA driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
