Respiratory Tech-Non-Certified at Rush Copley Medical Center – Aurora, Illinois

Position Summary: This is a temporary job class which is to enhance orientation for the Respiratory Care Students who are preparing to graduate and take National Board Exams.

Responsible for delivery of appropriate respiratory care in a timely and courteous manner, this is a job class specific to limited service staff that have completed competency in General Floor Therapy.

Position Requirements:

• Successfully progressing in an AMA approved Respiratory program, graduation within 12 months of hire.
• Achieve CRT credential within 90 days of completion of program and submit licensure requirement for state of IL.
• Remain in non-licensed category regardless of credential achieved till licensed.
• CPR Certification.
• ACLS / PALS/ Certification within 12 months of hire
