Form Setter/ Finisher at Riddle s Group – Rapid City, South Dakota

Riddle’s Group is expanding into the concrete industry and is seeking a skilled and dependable Concrete Form Setter / Finisher to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in producing high quality work and thrives in a team oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and align concrete forms for foundations, flatwork, and other structures
• Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces (including smoothing, edging, and jointing)
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper curing and finishing techniques are followed
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a concrete form setter and/or finisher required
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, forming, and finishing techniques
• Ability to read and follow construction plans and measurements
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment associated with concrete work
