Account Manager- Client Success

This role is focused on building strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients while ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will serve as the primary point of contact, understanding client objectives, proactively addressing challenges, and helping clients maximize the value of their programs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will provide insights, deliver reports, and identify opportunities for account growth. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, problem-solving, and operational execution to drive client satisfaction, retention, and success. You will have the chance to influence product and service improvements by acting as the voice of the customer within the organization, all while contributing to a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment. Occasional travel may be required to strengthen client relationships and support business objectives.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building trusted relationships and acting as a client advocate
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions, proactive guidance, and ongoing support
  • Manage day-to-day operations of client programs, ensuring smooth delivery of services and operational excellence
  • Prepare and present performance, utilization, and financial reports, including quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for client program growth and enhancement
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Member Experience, and Engineering to resolve issues and improve service delivery
  • Apply problem-solving and critical thinking to address challenges efficiently while maintaining high client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting, pharmacy benefit management, or a related field with strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously with strong project management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence, present, and build trust with clients
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving team environment with ownership over responsibilities and deadlines
