We are currently seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for an immediate opening supporting our Westchester, New York operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and enjoys coordinating schedules, supporting caregivers, and ensuring seamless client care.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience


What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate schedules for home health aides, LPNs, and RNs

  • Ensure all client cases are properly staffed

  • Manage schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent coverage needs

  • Communicate with caregivers and clients to maintain smooth daily operations


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and assign HHAs, LPNs and RNs to client visits and shifts based on client needs and caregiver availability

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date caregiver schedules within the scheduling system

  • Respond quickly to schedule changes, call-outs, and urgent coverage needs

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for caregiver scheduling inquiries

  • Communicate schedule updates clearly and promptly with caregivers and clients

  • Address and resolve scheduling conflicts while maintaining a high level of client service

  • Ensure accurate documentation of caregiver assignments and schedules

  • Collaborate with clinical staff and leadership to support seamless care delivery


Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • 1–2+ years of scheduling, staffing, or coordinator experience (healthcare, home care, or medical office

  • Experience using scheduling software or workforce management systems

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
