M H Masonry Associates Inc, one of the largest masonry subcontractors on the East Coast, is seeking two experienced Masonry Project Managers to oversee large-scale commercial masonry projects. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for managing 3-5 concurrent projects, each valued at over $1 million. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee 3-5 large commercial masonry projects simultaneously

  • Collaborate with general contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

  • Lead jobsite meetings and coordinate field crews and subcontractors

  • Monitor jobsite safety and ensure compliance with OSHA and company protocols

  • Track change orders, RFI responses, material procurement, and daily reports

  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues or delays

  • Ensure high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to project specs

  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and executive team

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial masonry

  • Proven experience managing multiple large-scale commercial projects (>$1M each)

  • Strong knowledge of masonry means and methods, scheduling, and cost control

  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and project documents

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and budget

  • Ability to travel to job sites as needed
