Tech Aide at Emerson Hospital – Concord, Massachusetts

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Section Leader of CT, responsible to assist the CT staff within the Emerson Health System.

Works collaboratively with the Medical Director and hospital personnel towards achieving organizational goals.

Job Functions

1. Helps with transfer of patients and paperwork flow.

2. Prepares patient paperwork for technologist once patient arrives and the requisition has been printed.

3. Communicates patient questions and requests to appropriate staff person.

4. Enters information into PACS.

5. Maintains and supports patient's rights to care, privacy and respect.

6. Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education o High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience o Experience in patient care setting helpful.

• Licensure and/or Certification o BLS healthcare provider required.

• Skills o Excellent customer service skills. o Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. o Computer skills required.

o Ability to maintain confidential information.
