Noco Holdings LLC is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager Concrete Division to lead concrete operations across multifamily construction projects throughout the Southeast. This is a hands-on, operations-driven role focused on field execution, scheduling, estimating support, and project delivery. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of concrete scopes, from foundations and flatwork to structural elements, and thrives in a fast-paced, build-focused environment.

• Concrete Operations & Project Management

  • Lead day-to-day concrete field operations across multiple job sites

  • Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

  • Ensure adherence to quality, schedule, and project scope

  • Serve as the point person for all concrete-related coordination

• Estimating & Preconstruction Support

  • Assist with concrete takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation

  • Review drawings and specs to support accurate estimating

  • Participate in proposal development and project handoff

• Scheduling & Coordination

  • Plan and manage labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors

  • Coordinate closely with field teams to maintain production schedules

  • Identify and proactively address field issues

• Quality & Safety

  • Ensure concrete work meets plans, specifications, and industry standards

  • Enforce OSHA and company safety practices across all job sites

• Client & Team Collaboration

  • Interface with GCs, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders

  • Support hiring and mentoring of field personnel

  • Help improve workflows and standardize operational processes

• 5+ years in concrete construction, ideally multifamily

• Deep understanding of concrete scopes: foundations, slabs, structural, etc.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience with or ability to support concrete estimating and takeoffs

• Strong reading comprehension of drawings and specs

• Effective leader with excellent organization and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction software

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally
