Ryan Refrigeration Heating & Air is seeking three experienced Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians who are passionate about their craft and committed to growing their careersnot just filling a job. This field-based role will focus on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems across the San Diego area. • Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R systems with a diagnostic-first mindset (no parts changers here).

• Perform preventative maintenance and accurately identify additional service needs.

• Respond promptly and professionally to emergency service calls.

• Maintain organized inventory and cleanliness of assigned service vehicle.

• Work with project and start-up teams to ensure proper system operation.

• Participate in the emergency on-call rotation (approximately 1 week/month).

• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and clients.

• Adhere to company safety policies and OSHA standards.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration service.

• High school diploma or GED required.

• EPA Universal Certification required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

• Physically capable of handling field work demands.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Professional, team-oriented attitude and clean appearance.

• Willing to work weekends and overtime when necessary.

• Participation in monthly on-call rotation (1 week/month).

• Field-based, serving commercial clients throughout Escondido, CA.

• This is a remote field role report directly from home to client sites.
