We are pleased to announce the opening of a Senior Financial Manager, who will join our Engineering Services Division in the National Capital Region (NCR) and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control market spaces. Qualified candidates will be part of an exceptional team supporting the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E)) Research, Development, Test & Evaluation, Engineering, and Technical Support (RETS) IDIQ contract providing strategic planning expertise and joining our team of industry partners and technical subject matter experts in delivering engineering Research, Development, Test, Evaluation (RDT&E) solutions and services. The candidate will serve as a senior member of the RETS technical team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide SAP & Financial Systems Expertise.
  • Provide SAP project management.
  • Perform as project liaison and provide statistical analysis experience.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide financial oversight for large-scale technology programs exceeding $100M in value, covering design, manufacturing, integration, and testing
  • Apply policies, procedures, and standards from Secretary of the Air Force/Financial Management, Investment and Budget Branch (SAF/FMBIB)
  • Lead a portfolio of technology development programs.
  • Identify, prioritize and lead high-interest cross-functional projects.
  • Serve as supervisor, team or project leader.
  • Support senior leadership advisory & executive communication.
  • Provide technical support to the complex, technical RETS IDIQ and relevant Task Orders (TOs) and confer with IDIQ task order project managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution.
  • Review technical data and documentation and provide analyses and recommendations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must have a bachelor’s degree with at least fifteen (15) years of experience.
  • At least fifteen (15) years of SAP project management, project liaison, and statistical analysis experience.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience with Air Force Special Access Program CORE (AF SAP CORE), Capability Viewpoint 2 (CV2 system) and Specialized Accounting and Finances Enterprise System (SAFES) systems.
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience managing stakeholder communications and financial oversight for large-scale technology programs exceeding $100M in value, covering design, manufacturing, integration, and testing.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience applying policies, procedures, and standards from Secretary of the Air Force/Financial Management, Investment and Budget Branch (SAF/FMBIB) or leading a portfolio of technology development programs.
  • You must possess TS Clearance w/ Eligibility for SCI and SAP. An active TS/SCI clearance with previous SAP experience is preferred.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in any field of study.
  • Military or Department of War experience.
  • History of highest-quality deliverables in a complex delivery model supporting multiple customers and stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience in communicating with DoD and other US Government senior leadership.
