You would need to be flexable with being on any shift as we are not sure what shift this will be for . pay is $16.50/hr.
Requirements:1. Assist the Quality Control Manager in Quality System, Standards, methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, documenting and evaluating various manufactured products and to ensure the overall reliability of products produced.
2. Assist Quality Supervisor in maintaining document and protocols as well as the testing of incoming, in process and final inspections of all resins and products produced.
3. Utilize and assists in Maintaining Microsoft Word and Excel Documentation control Database used in determining quality performance of products and processes to comply with ISO 9000 and A2LA standards, rules, and regulation.
4. Compiles data for documentation of test procedures and prepare reports and graphs as directed.
5. Adept at performing various test procedures utilizing laboratory test equipment to accurately analyze quality data and determine, document and quickly report quality test results for product conformance and reports abnormalities for the appropriate action by various departments.
6. Familiarity and adept at performing measurements with mechanical inspection tools including digital calipers or other measuring devices.
7. Conducts routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished product formulations according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
8. May conduct or assist with internal audits to monitor quality documentation systems.

10. Assist with the Laboratory test equipment calibration program to ensure that it complies with ISO 9000 and A2LA standards, rules and regulations.
