Registered Nurse (RN) - Adult Medical, General Surgery, Oncology at Emerson Hospital – Concord, Massachusetts

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical, General Surgery, and Oncology unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduate nurses and experienced RNs looking to grow in med-surg, telemetry, or oncology nursing.

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation)
• Deliver safe, effective, and individualized care to adult patients across medical, surgical, and oncology specialties
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and health management
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Ensure patient safety and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required

• Experience in Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Orthopedics, or Oncology nursing
• Strong clinical judgment in a fast-paced acute care setting

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients effectively
• High level of organization and attention to detail
