- Oversee all aspects of the service department, including operations, staffing, and financial performance

Requirements:Proven experience in automotive service management (Service Manager, Fixed Ops Director, or similar leadership role required)
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial reports and manage departmental budgets
- Deep understanding of service operations, warranty processes, and customer retention strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of driving history with a clean driving record (no major violations, suspensions, or DUIs)
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening (if applicable)
- Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
