In this role, you will be responsible for driving mortgage production success or leading high-performing sales teams within retail residential lending environments:

• Originate or manage residential mortgage loan production across a variety of lending products, ensuring strong client service and compliant execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, referral partners, and real estate professionals to generate and sustain business pipelines.
• Lead sales teams (for leadership roles), including coaching, performance management, and driving branch or regional production goals.
• Evaluate borrower financial profiles, structure loan solutions, and ensure alignment with underwriting and investor guidelines.
• Collaborate with operations and support teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely closings.
• Monitor market trends, product offerings, and competitive positioning to optimize lending strategies.

Successful candidates bring strong experience in residential mortgage lending, proven production results, and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment:

• Active NMLS license (required).
• Minimum 2+ years of retail residential mortgage experience for Loan Officers.
• Minimum 3+ years of retail mortgage experience or P&L/sales leadership experience for Sales and Branch Managers.
• Proven track record of loan production or team leadership results in residential mortgage lending.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including conventional, government, and specialized loan programs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Must be currently working in residential mortgage and authorized to work in the United States.
