  • Develop and maintain detailed work plans, manage resource allocation, and monitor progress against project milestones and utilization targets.
  • Ensure functional expertise across assigned ERP modules, supporting system configuration, process alignment, and client adoption during implementation.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and ensure all project outputs align with manufacturing, supply chain, and accounting best practices.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, ERP implementation, or manufacturing-focused business systems roles with demonstrated success in client delivery.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and/or manufacturing accounting principles, including Quote-to-Cash workflows.
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably within manufacturing-specific software environments.
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work independently in client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and collaborate effectively in virtual and cross-functional settings.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50–60% based on client needs.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $105,000 – $178,000 (based on experience and market factors)
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits supporting physical and mental well-being
  • Remote-first flexibility with travel based on project needs
  • Internal mobility opportunities with strong career progression pathways
  • Access to mentorship programs and continuous learning resources, including LinkedIn Learning
  • Inclusive, global work environment focused on collaboration and innovation
  • Work-life balance policies supporting rest, recovery, and flexibility
