The team at Heritage Dental in Orangeville, ON is looking for a passionate, hard-working Associate Dentist on a part-time basis. Orangeville is just a 30-minute drive from Brampton!

We are a large office with multiple associates and a bustling environment. We are looking for a part-time associated to join our team on a long-term basis. The position will include one evening and Some Saturdays (9-2). We are looking for someone who can work independently, is confident with excellent communication skills, works well with a team and who will fit in with out office culture and provide good family dentistry to our wonderful patients. The ideal candidate should be confident in endodontics, oral surgeries, crown and bridge work, oral sedation, and implants. Knowledge in ABELdent is an asset.

The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, can clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed.

SCHEDULE:

• 20 hours per week
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and possibly Fridays

COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 40% collections and higher

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the:
  • Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)
• A minimum of 2-3 years experience is required as we are a very busy practice
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families
