Housekeeper, Full Time at Seafields by Bishop Gadsden – Kiawah Island, South Carolina

As a Housekeeper, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a spotless, safe, and comfortable environment. Your work helps ensure health, happiness, and dignity for everyone in our community.

Responsibilities include:

• Clean resident apartments, common areas, and offices to high standards
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and dust assigned areas
• Wash windows, mirrors, blinds, walls, ceilings, and elevators
• Change bed linens and empty wastebaskets
• Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical labeling
• Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
• Participate in community activities and meetings

• Prior housekeeping experience (6 months preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor
• Compassion for and desire to work with older adults
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform cleaning tasks
