In this strategic leadership role, you will define and drive the marketing vision across the EMEA region, aligning regional execution with global growth objectives. You will oversee the development of high-impact go-to-market strategies, leveraging data and insights to accelerate pipeline generation and market expansion. Working closely with regional sales leadership, you’ll ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and revenue targets. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, particularly across account-based marketing and key industry verticals. You will lead and mentor a regional team while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. The position offers the opportunity to influence large-scale growth in a dynamic, global environment where innovation and impact are central.
- Define and execute the regional marketing strategy across EMEA, aligning with global objectives and revenue targets
- Own and drive marketing pipeline performance, ensuring measurable contribution to regional growth
- Develop and implement go-to-market and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key industries and target accounts
- Partner closely with regional sales leadership to align priorities, optimize investments, and support pipeline generation
- Lead high-impact campaigns, events, and initiatives to accelerate engagement with strategic accounts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with regional stakeholders to expand market reach
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing regional marketing team
- Leverage data, analytics, and technology to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in regional or field marketing, including strong expertise in account-based marketing strategies
- 6+ years of leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- Proven experience marketing to government or public sector audiences across EMEA
- Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and competitive landscapes
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding marketing pipeline and revenue targets
- Experience building and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, including sales leadership
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience leveraging marketing technologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as German are a plus
