- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns based on business objectives, customer insights, and market trends.
- Translate marketing briefs into strategic campaign plans, including audience targeting, messaging, creative direction, and channel selection.
- Oversee the creation of multi-channel content such as digital assets, social media, email campaigns, and audiovisual materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and storytelling alignment across all campaign touchpoints and communication channels.
- Manage timelines, workflows, and resources to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, regional marketing, and digital channels to maximize campaign impact.
- Improve campaign processes, tools, and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Support team development by guiding performance, engagement, and capability growth.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years focused on marketing campaign strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including digital channels, content strategy, and campaign analytics.
- Experience planning and executing large-scale, multi-channel campaigns (online and offline preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically while maintaining attention to detail in execution.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background or experience in biotechnology, life sciences, or related industries is a plus.
