This role is focused on driving strategic growth within a portfolio of large-scale enterprise and hyperscaler clients in the data center ecosystem. You will act as a trusted commercial advisor, identifying expansion opportunities across IT asset disposition and related services. Working remotely within a fast-paced, highly technical environment, you will engage directly with senior executives to shape multi-million-dollar, long-term service agreements. The position blends account leadership, consultative selling, and deep understanding of complex infrastructure environments. You will collaborate closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ownership-driven environments and excels at growing established, enterprise-level accounts.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding revenue within existing strategic accounts and strengthening long-term client partnerships by identifying new business opportunities and aligning solutions with evolving customer needs. You will operate as a key commercial interface between enterprise clients and internal teams.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to expand revenue within existing large-scale enterprise and hyperscaler clients
- Identify new business opportunities by analyzing client infrastructure needs, organizational priorities, and investment plans
- Engage regularly with senior executives and decision-makers to influence strategic direction and strengthen partnerships
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams to ensure alignment and service excellence
- Translate complex client requirements into tailored IT asset disposition and data center service solutions
- Monitor account health, competitive positioning, and market trends to proactively drive retention and expansion
This role requires extensive experience in enterprise account management, particularly within data center services, IT infrastructure, or closely related technical sales environments. You should be highly autonomous, commercially driven, and comfortable navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or related client-facing roles within large-scale technology environments
- Proven track record of selling multi-million-dollar, multi-year solutions into data center or enterprise infrastructure markets
- Strong experience working with hyperscalers, OEMs, VARs, or within IT asset disposition (ITAD) environments (preferred)
- Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, enterprise IT infrastructure, and technology lifecycle services
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a consultative sales mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, high-performance environment
