This role focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable test automation frameworks that ensure high-quality software delivery across UI, API, and integration layers. You will play a key role in enhancing automation coverage and driving QA excellence within agile development teams working on modern digital and AI-driven solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise in automation tools, scripting, and framework design, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable releases and continuous improvement of testing practices. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing using tools such as Selenium, Python, and PyTest.
- Build and enhance automated test suites aligned with QA best practices to ensure comprehensive test coverage across applications.
- Develop and execute API automation testing using tools such as Postman or Bruno.
- Perform regression testing, defect tracking, and detailed test documentation to ensure software quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and sprint cycles.
- Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot test failures and system issues to ensure timely resolution and stable releases.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation strategies, and testing standards.
- 5+ years of experience in test automation engineering with strong expertise in Selenium, Python, and framework development.
- Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as PyTest and API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
- Strong understanding of UI, API, and integration testing methodologies.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail in defect identification and resolution.
- Experience in test documentation, regression testing, and quality assurance best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with distributed, cross-functional teams.
- Experience in AI-based products or Pharma domain is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
