Job Description
As Product Manager for the Domain Platform, you sit at the intersection of audit practice and technology. You will be a key contributor to the product strategy and execution for our cloud-based assurance workflow capabilities - platform features and tools that power financial audit engagements and are leveraged by Caseware's global solutions.
What makes this role unique is the balance it demands: understanding of audit methodology on one side, and proven product management craft on the other. You strive to understand how auditors work, and you translate that expertise into platform decisions that keep Caseware's solutions relevant, compliant, and ahead of market developments.
This role sits at the intersection of audit practice and technology at a pivotal moment. Caseware sees AI not as an add-on, but as the future foundation of audit – integral to how auditors work, how engagements are run, and how our platform evolves. You will help shape what AI-driven audit looks like in practice, working closely with global product and engineering teams to define and prioritize AI capabilities that are grounded in real audit methodology.

Assurance Subject Matter Expertise:
Serve as a key internal subject matter expert on assurance workflows and financial audit methodology — for product, engineering, sales, and partner teams.
Engage with global partners and key customers at a professional, peer level — understanding their workflows, challenges, and evolving expectations.
Ensure that platform features are developed to enable and support compliant solutions.
Bring credible audit practice perspective into product decisions, helping teams bridge the gap between what auditors say they want and what they actually need.
AI & the Future of Audit:
Actively engage with AI tools in your own daily work – Caseware expects and enables this across the entire team.
Contribute your expertise to the development of AI-driven product capabilities, help define what AI-assisted audit should look like, what makes sense methodologically, and where AI creates real value for auditors.
Stay current on how AI is reshaping audit workflows, regulatory expectations, and the profession as a whole – and bring that perspective into product decisions.

Own the product roadmap, collaborate with other PMs to ensure key pain points/solutions are understood and prioritized.
Define and prioritize requirements based on customer feedback, and market trends.

Communicate product decisions, priorities, and trade-offs clearly to a diverse set of stakeholders across geographies
3–5 years of product management experience
Meaningful hands-on experience in financial audit or assurance — you understand audit workflows from the inside and can engage with auditors at a peer level.
Strong ability to translate domain expertise and customer feedback into clear, prioritized product requirements.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams in a global environment.
Openness and genuine curiosity about AI — you actively engage with AI tools and see them as part of how modern product work gets done.
Familiarity with audit standards and regulatory frameworks relevant to financial engagements (e.g., ISA, GAAS, PCAOB).
Experience with Caseware's audit or engagement management software.
Exposure to platform thinking — building capabilities that are consumed by downstream partners or product teams rather than end users directly.
Experience in a global or multi-market product environment
