Cleaning Specialist - Healthcare Office

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Healthcare Office Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors. This role is essential in ensuring that our healthcare facility adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, contributing to the overall well-being of everyone who enters our premises.

Person will be responsible for multiple offices in a work week. Travel is required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform daily cleaning and disinfecting of patient rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

- Sanitize surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas in accordance with healthcare standards and protocols

- Dispose of waste and used materials following proper safety procedures

- Restock cleaning supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and stored properly

- Follow infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly

- Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in healthcare or commercial cleaning preferred

- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, and safety procedures

- Ability to follow detailed cleaning protocols and safety guidelines

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently

- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

- Ability to adhere to confidentiality and privacy standards in a healthcare setting

- Reliable transportation (will be given a Gas card)
