Senior Partner Manager Alliances & Ecosystem

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Partner Manager – Alliances & Ecosystem in Spain.

This role sits at the core of a fast-growing cloud and edge ecosystem, focused on expanding strategic partnerships across the Spanish market while aligning with broader EMEA and global initiatives. You will be responsible for building and nurturing high-impact relationships with system integrators, MSPs, and technology partners, turning them into long-term revenue-generating collaborators. The position combines strategic partner development with hands-on execution, including joint go-to-market planning and co-selling activities. Operating in a highly distributed, international environment, you will play a key role in accelerating market expansion and strengthening ecosystem performance. Your work will directly influence partner-sourced revenue, regional footprint, and overall platform adoption. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong commercial thinking, ecosystem understanding, and the ability to execute in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the partner ecosystem strategy in Spain, ensuring strong alignment with regional and global objectives. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and growing high-value partnerships while driving measurable business outcomes through indirect sales channels.

  • Define and execute the local partner strategy, including segmentation and prioritization of key ecosystem players (SIs, VARs, MSPs, and technology partners).
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic partners and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Develop and implement joint go-to-market plans, enabling co-selling motions and accelerating partner-driven revenue growth.
  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation while supporting strategic deal execution.
  • Track partner performance through KPIs such as revenue contribution, pipeline growth, and engagement activity.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and maximize ecosystem impact.
  • Act as an internal advocate for partner needs, helping shape enablement, processes, and channel effectiveness.
Requirements

You bring strong experience in partnerships, alliances, or indirect sales within enterprise software, cloud, or infrastructure environments, along with a proven ability to drive revenue through ecosystem relationships. You are both strategic and hands-on, comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional settings.

  • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or alliance roles with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong background in cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise software ecosystems (highly desirable).
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases and value propositions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior stakeholder level.
  • Ability to define strategies while also executing operationally in the field.
  • Solid understanding of the Spanish market and partner ecosystem dynamics.
  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package with flexible remuneration options (e.g., meals, transport, childcare support)
  • Private health insurance coverage
  • Flexible work arrangements with fully remote setup and hybrid flexibility when needed
  • Generous paid time off (holidays, personal days, sick leave, parental leave)
  • Flexible working options (full-time, part-time, employee or contractor depending on location)
  • Home office setup and access to modern tools and environments
  • Work-life balance initiatives, including reduced Fridays and summer afternoons off
  • Annual in-person company gatherings and team events across international locations
  • Learning and development opportunities across cloud, AI, and emerging technologies
  • Collaborative, engineering-driven culture focused on innovation, autonomy, and continuous growth
