Enterprise Engagement Manager

This role sits at the intersection of enterprise delivery, product enablement, and strategic customer partnership, focused on driving the successful rollout and adoption of advanced AI-powered solutions within large organizations. You will be responsible for ensuring that complex implementations move smoothly from proof-of-concept to full-scale production, delivering measurable business impact. Working closely with product, engineering, and customer stakeholders, you will translate business needs into structured execution plans and ensure alignment across technical and non-technical teams. The role requires strong program management capabilities combined with a deep understanding of enterprise environments and emerging AI technologies. You will act as a key partner to customers, helping them operationalize AI solutions and expand their use across business units. This is a highly cross-functional role where success is defined by adoption, value realization, and long-term customer growth. It is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, product-driven environments and enjoys solving complex implementation challenges.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the end-to-end delivery, rollout, and adoption of enterprise AI solutions, from post-pilot phases through full-scale deployment and expansion.
  • Partner closely with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into actionable implementation and execution plans.
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business, IT, data, and executive teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Define and track success metrics related to adoption, usage, and business impact to demonstrate value realization.
  • Lead enablement sessions, training programs, and onboarding activities to ensure effective customer adoption of solutions.
  • Manage project timelines, delivery milestones, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful and on-time deployments.
  • Identify expansion opportunities by uncovering new use cases and areas where AI can drive additional business value.
  • Provide structured feedback from enterprise customers to inform product improvements and delivery best practices.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise-facing roles such as Program Manager, Engagement Manager, Implementation Lead, Technical Account Manager, or Enterprise Customer Success.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise projects, ideally within SaaS, data, AI, or digital transformation environments.
  • Strong project management and execution skills with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines and evolving requirements.
  • Business and technical fluency with the ability to communicate effectively across executives, engineers, and end users.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to operate in fast-moving environments with ambiguity and changing priorities.
  • Nice to have: experience with GenAI or LLM-based products, API integrations, data workflows, consulting, or structured project management methodologies.
