In this role, you will own and scale the global demand generation engine, driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact across a complex enterprise SaaS motion. You will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel marketing strategies that directly support sales performance and accelerate deal velocity. Operating with a high level of autonomy, you will design scalable programs across ABM, paid media, events, and partner ecosystems. You will also embed AI-driven workflows into campaign execution to improve targeting, personalization, and conversion efficiency. This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and revenue operations, requiring strong cross-functional leadership and commercial thinking. It is ideal for a data-driven demand leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is focused on outcomes over activity.

Accountabilities:

You will be responsible for building, owning, and optimizing a full-funnel global demand generation strategy with direct impact on pipeline creation and revenue performance. You will design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns while ensuring tight alignment with sales and revenue goals.

  • Own global demand generation strategy with accountability for pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion metrics
  • Design and execute integrated campaigns across paid digital channels, ABM, events, content syndication, and partner marketing
  • Define and manage key performance indicators including MQLs, pipeline sourced/influenced, conversion rates, and cost efficiency
  • Build and optimize AI-enabled demand generation workflows including automated nurturing, intent-based targeting, and personalized outreach
  • Partner closely with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to ensure seamless funnel alignment and execution
  • Lead continuous testing and optimization to improve campaign performance and scale repeatable growth programs
  • Translate data insights into actionable strategies and present performance outcomes to executive leadership

Requirements:
You bring extensive experience in B2B SaaS demand generation with a strong focus on pipeline impact and revenue contribution. You are highly analytical, commercially driven, and comfortable operating independently in complex enterprise environments.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or integrated marketing roles
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline and revenue impact in enterprise sales environments
  • Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and programmatic platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analytics, attribution models, and marketing performance dashboards
  • Experience working with ABM and intent platforms such as Pocus, Clay, or similar tools
  • Practical use of generative AI tools for campaign execution, content creation, or workflow automation
  • Ability to operate autonomously and reverse-engineer go-to-market programs from revenue targets
  • Strong communication and copywriting skills for campaign messaging and sales enablement
  • Experience in DevOps, developer tools, or enterprise software environments is a plus

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $175,000 to $195,000 annually (depending on experience and location)
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonuses and stock options
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Short-term and long-term disability coverage and life insurance
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Health savings and flexible spending accounts
  • Flexible remote work environment
  • Flexible time off policy and paid company holidays
  • Parental leave benefits
  • Additional variable compensation based on role eligibility.
