You will own end-to-end supply planning, from purchase order execution to international logistics coordination and inventory optimization. The position plays a critical role in supporting new product introductions, maintaining supply continuity, and preventing stock gaps that could impact customer experience. Operating in a highly data-driven environment, you will safeguard system accuracy, improve visibility across shipments, and proactively resolve supply risks. This is a remote role offering high autonomy, cross-functional exposure, and direct impact on global operations performance.
- Manage end-to-end supply planning and purchase order execution for accessories and replacement parts, ensuring inventory accuracy, balanced stock levels, and 100% data integrity within ERP systems.
- Coordinate new product introduction (NPI) readiness by working with engineering and contract manufacturers to create SKUs, approve packaging, and support daily build readiness activities for successful product launches.
- Oversee global logistics operations including freight booking, shipment tracking, inbound coordination, and internal stock transfers while ensuring on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and suppliers to resolve purchase order discrepancies, confirm Incoterms, and proactively address supply constraints before they affect fulfillment.
- Analyze and report weekly supply health updates, maintaining accurate serial number records and providing clear visibility into inbound risks, inventory status, and supply changes.
- Strong experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics coordination, or similar operational roles within a global or manufacturing environment.
- High proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and confidence managing complex data sets where accuracy is critical.
- Solid understanding of supply planning logic, including demand forecasting translation, inventory balancing, and production lead time considerations.
- Working knowledge of international logistics processes, including Incoterms, freight coordination, shipping documentation, and global distribution flows.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, finance, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify supply risks early and implement actionable mitigation plans.
- Ability to switch between strategic planning and detailed operational execution with agility and precision.
- Bonus: Experience working Pacific Time Zone hours and familiarity with Bill of Materials (BOM) structures.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $50,500 to $79,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
- Performance-based bonuses and equity opportunities.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage.
- Financial and retirement-related benefits.
- Flexible remote work environment with location eligibility across the United States.
- Additional perks and employee support programs designed to promote well-being and professional growth.
