Director, Product Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Product Marketing in United States.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to define and scale a product marketing function within a fast-growing, technology-driven environment. As Director of Product Marketing, you will operate across the full spectrum of go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and market intelligence while shaping how products are positioned and adopted. You will play a pivotal role in driving cross-product growth and building structured programs that support long-term success. Acting as both a strategic leader and hands-on contributor, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in building from the ground up and enjoys influencing both strategy and execution. You will also champion innovative approaches, including the use of AI to enhance marketing performance.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including product launches, positioning, pricing guidance, and performance tracking
  • Build and scale product marketing frameworks, processes, and team operations from the ground up in a high-growth environment
  • Drive sales enablement initiatives by creating playbooks, ROI frameworks, and tools that support both new business and client expansion
  • Design and implement cross-product adoption strategies to maximize revenue through bundling and upsell opportunities
  • Serve as the voice of the market by leading competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and buyer research to inform product and sales decisions
  • Develop compelling messaging and positioning tailored to multiple buyer personas and industry segments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful product lifecycle execution
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance workflows across content creation, analytics, and market insights
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a growing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous development

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, fintech, or banking technology environments
  • Proven track record of owning or influencing revenue targets and consistently delivering results
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and developing teams in a player-coach capacity
  • Strong experience leading end-to-end go-to-market strategies and cross-functional product launches
  • Demonstrated ability to build product marketing programs, frameworks, and processes from scratch
  • Expertise in crafting differentiated messaging for complex, multi-product technology solutions
  • Experience enabling sales teams to drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across product portfolios
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, packaging, and commercial model development
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing workflows and performance optimization
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Experience with analyst relations and market research is a plus
  • Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $206,000 to $226,000 annually
  • Comprehensive healthcare and benefits package
  • Opportunity to build and lead a high-impact function in a rapidly growing organization
  • Flexible and collaborative work environment with a strong culture of innovation
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and forward-thinking marketing practices
  • Career growth opportunities and leadership development support
  • Travel opportunities for team collaboration and strategic initiatives
