This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on designing and delivering scalable, user-centric solutions across SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. You will act as a subject matter expert driving enterprise automation, system integration, and digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will translate complex requirements into efficient, secure, and maintainable architectures. The environment is highly collaborative and mission-driven, with strong emphasis on Agile delivery and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in enhancing user experience, enabling data-driven decisions, and modernizing business processes. You will serve as the technical authority for SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform solutions, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring scalable, high-quality implementations across enterprise systems.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into automation and integration solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and implement solutions using Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agent to improve business processes and user experience.
- Develop and maintain workflows, applications, dashboards, and reports across Office 365 and SharePoint Online environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define automation opportunities and ensure alignment with business needs and UX best practices.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement and use case development, contributing to iterative delivery cycles.
- Conduct testing, validation, documentation, and training to ensure reliability and adoption of deployed solutions.
- Support system integration, scripting, and low-level development for web-based applications and automation initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Microsoft enterprise technologies, strong architectural thinking, and hands-on development capability, combined with the ability to operate in Agile environments and engage with business stakeholders effectively.
- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and technical expertise in computer science, engineering, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent), and Office 365 integrations.
- Proven experience in solution architecture, system integration, and business process automation design.
- Strong ability to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify automation opportunities.
- Hands-on experience with coding, scripting, and developing web-based solutions and low-level automation logic.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, use case development, and iterative delivery practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
