In this high-impact strategic role, you will shape and drive go-to-market execution for complex enterprise opportunities, working at the intersection of sales strategy, solution design, and commercial execution. You will partner closely with enterprise sales leaders, solution architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to define winning deal strategies and translate customer needs into scalable commercial and product solutions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from early-stage discovery through contract negotiation and deal closure. You will also influence product direction by synthesizing enterprise market insights and customer requirements. Operating in a fast-paced, global environment, you will help define how the organization wins its most strategic deals while continuously improving GTM playbooks and processes. This is a highly visible role with direct exposure to executive leadership and enterprise customers.
- Lead enterprise deal strategy by defining win themes, stakeholder mapping, competitive positioning, and executive engagement plans for complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities.
- Own and orchestrate RFP/RFI responses, including narrative development, differentiation strategy, and coordination with solution architects for technical validation.
- Structure deal economics by building ROI/TCO models, pricing frameworks (usage, SaaS, hybrid), and commercial constructs in partnership with Deal Desk, Legal, and Risk teams.
- Align solution design with customer needs by collaborating with solution architects to ensure feasibility, risk mitigation, and outcome-driven implementation plans.
- Drive executive-level engagement, including C-suite presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions to build trust and alignment.
- Develop and codify GTM best practices through playbooks, battlecards, competitive analysis, and vertical strategy materials.
- Translate enterprise customer insights into actionable input for product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
- Govern pursuit execution by managing stage gates, timelines, resourcing, and ensuring smooth handoff to delivery teams.
- Measure and optimize GTM performance through key metrics such as win rate, cycle time, deal size, and product adoption influence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline with strong academic performance.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise GTM strategy, pre-sales consulting, strategy, or product-focused roles.
- Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong technical fluency in financial or platform-based systems such as payments, acquiring, issuing, wallets, treasury, or FX.
- Experience structuring enterprise deals, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment across global teams.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Prior hands-on experience in product development or technical consulting is a plus.
- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and seniority
- Performance-based incentives and potential equity participation
- Opportunity to work in a high-growth, global fintech environment
- Exposure to executive leadership and strategic enterprise deals
- Fully global and collaborative work culture
- Career growth opportunities across strategy, GTM, and product functions
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment with high ownership and impact
- Opportunity to work on cutting-edge financial infrastructure and enterprise solutions
