Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and versatile General Laborer to support a variety of operational tasks, including delivery assistance, grounds maintenance, shipping, janitorial duties, and general labor. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

General Labor Tasks

• Perform general labor tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.
• Assist with construction, manufacturing, or warehouse operations as needed.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Support skilled tradespeople and other team members as directed.

Delivery Support

• Load, transport, and delivering materials or products to designated locations.
• Ensure accurate documentation and safe handling of items during transit.

Grounds Keeping

• Maintain outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, and general landscaping.
• Perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal or leaf cleanup.

Shipping Assistance

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
• Support inventory management and ensure timely dispatch of goods.

Janitorial Support

• Clean and sanitize work areas, restrooms, and common spaces.
• Dispose of waste and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in general labor, delivery, or grounds maintenance is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and safety practices.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent bending, lifting, and standing.
