JR. ENGINEER – IT OPERATIONS SUPPORT
1. Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor IT systems and escalate issues to senior engineers as needed.
· Provide first-level support for servers, networks, and applications.
· Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as patching, backups, and system health checks.
· Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
· Support onboarding activities like account setup and access provisioning.
· Learn and adhere to IT security and compliance standards.
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Incident MTTR improvement and SLA adherence
• Reduction in repeat incidents / operational noise
• Change implementation success rate
• Operational automation adoption & runbook compliance score
• Platform uptime contribution
• Quality and completeness of RCA & problem closure
