Requirements

This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and relationship management experience within the heavy vehicle or automotive industry:

  • 8+ years (Account Manager 2) or 10+ years (Account Manager 3) of experience in account management or similar commercial roles.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, particularly air brake, foundation brake, and steering systems.
  • Experience working with OEMs, suppliers, fleets, and distribution channels.
  • Proven ability in technical solution-based selling and complex problem-solving.
  • Strong negotiation, contract understanding, and customer engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business or Engineering preferred).
  • Ability to manage a high level of travel (approximately 60%) and work independently from a home office.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $89,900 to $158,200, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Annual performance bonus opportunity up to 20% of base salary.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

  • 120 hours of vacation, 40 hours of personal paid absence, plus 12 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday annually.
  • 6 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Stock purchase eligibility and additional employee programs.
  • Strong focus on professional development within an international, innovation-driven environment.
