Accountabilities:

  • Design innovative and competitive therapeutic and operational strategies that differentiate solutions and support successful bid outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts in medical, scientific, data science, and operational functions to build robust and executable trial designs.
  • Support protocol feasibility, risk assessment, site and country strategy, patient recruitment approaches, and vendor selection planning.
  • Participate in bid defense meetings, client presentations, and sales support activities, ensuring clear articulation of strategic value and win themes.
  • Act as a key contributor to post-award transition, ensuring continuity of strategy from proposal through execution and supporting adjustments when needed.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in respiratory clinical development, regulatory considerations, and operational delivery across phases I–III.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred, particularly with a focus on respiratory or related therapeutic areas.
  • 7+ years of global clinical research experience, including hands-on exposure to Phase I–III clinical operations and drug development.
  • Strong expertise in respiratory clinical trials, including seasonal indications and global study execution.
  • Proven experience in clinical operations, project management, or clinical development within a global, matrixed environment.
  • Strong understanding of protocol design, feasibility assessment, and clinical trial delivery strategies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders in a complex, collaborative setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience supporting client engagements and bid defenses.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and ambiguous requirements.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with a base salary range of approximately $91,400 to $254,400 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentives, bonuses, and additional compensation components.
  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and additional coverage options.
  • Flexible work arrangements supporting remote collaboration.
  • Opportunities for career growth within a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence.
  • Exposure to innovative clinical development programs and cutting-edge therapeutic strategies.
