  • Provide advanced sales support to partner sales teams by addressing complex inquiries, resolving sales-related challenges, and sharing best practices to improve conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting processes, ensuring reliable sales reporting and visibility across partner-generated revenue streams.
  • Deliver sales enablement and training initiatives for partner teams, including product education, objection handling, competitive positioning, and sales process guidance.
  • Act as the primary contact for partner sales support channels, facilitating timely communication and coordinating with internal stakeholders when specialized expertise is required.
  • Ensure Salesforce records and partner data remain accurate, updated, and actionable for reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously improve sales processes, partner engagement strategies, and role frameworks based on performance metrics, feedback, and evolving business priorities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support partner success, operational scalability, and long-term revenue growth initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, business development, or sales roles within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including lead management, pipeline ownership, forecasting, and deal negotiation.
  • Experience supporting or enabling partner sales organizations through training, onboarding, or strategic collaboration initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management, reporting, and operational tracking.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed and multicultural teams.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, particularly regarding forecasting accuracy and data management.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach to addressing challenges and improving outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with evolving priorities and a high degree of autonomy.
  • Fluent written and spoken English communication skills are required.
  • Previous remote work experience is considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary package with annual compensation ranging from $85,300 to $191,900 USD, depending on experience, skills, and location.
  • Fully remote work environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
  • Flexible working hours with an asynchronous work culture designed to support work-life balance.
  • Equity or stock option program participation.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including health, dental, vision, and mental health support services.
  • Generous paid time off policy, including vacation days, holidays, and personal leave.
  • Paid parental leave program with extended support for new parents.
  • Learning and development budget to support continuous professional growth.
