  • Coordinate fingerprinting and other compliance requirements, ensuring accurate and complete execution of all mandatory steps.
  • Monitor license renewals and continuing education requirements to maintain ongoing compliance across systems and advisors.
  • Oversee carrier appointment tracking, reporting, and issue resolution, including escalation of delays when necessary.
  • Partner with Sales, Training, and Licensing Operations teams to ensure advisors complete all onboarding, certification, and readiness requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of advisor licensing status across systems to ensure compliance and prevent unauthorized activity.
  • Identify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Participate in system testing and validation (UAT) for improvements related to licensing workflows and automation tools.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
  • Prior experience with insurance licensing, compliance processes, or regulatory operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or regulated information.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in evolving processes and systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, escalate when needed, and support resolution.
  • Team-oriented approach with a focus on shared goals and process improvement.
Benefits:
  • Hourly pay rate of $21.00.
  • Medical benefits available after 90 days of employment.
  • Cell phone and internet reimbursement.
  • Ongoing support and resources for success in the role.
