Responsibilities:

• Oversee end ? to ? end operational activities across Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D, Quality Control, Production, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance productivity, optimize processes, and support overall business objectives.
• Establish, monitor, and achieve daily, quarterly, and long ? term performance goals aligned with company targets.
• Lead long ? term planning initiatives, including project tracking, performance reporting, and implementation of change management processes.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies across all operational functions.
• Manage procurement of materials, resources, and services to support efficient and cost ? effective operations.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members, fostering leadership, accountability, and a high ? performance culture.
• Identify and implement best practices to improve customer service, operational efficiency, and product quality.
• Drive cross ? functional collaboration to resolve challenges, improve workflows, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Support the organizations ability to remain compliant, efficient, and profitable through strong operational leadership and execution.

Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Manufacturing, preferably within the consumer goods industry
• Strong knowledge of operational best practices, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, Redzone preferred)
• Familiarity with wastewater operations is a plus
• Solid understanding of budgeting, cash flow, and financial performance (P&L)
• Knowledge of industry regulations (FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, CODEX)
• Proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance metrics
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Ability to drive results, manage change, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
