Position Responsibilities:

This role operates at the intersection of software development and compliance, driving the creation of complex, high-quality systems while ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. The position requires ownership of both development and documentation to support reliable, scalable, and audit-ready solutions.

• Design, develop, and support software features across integrated systems
• Translate system functionality into clear, testable software requirements
• Maintain and contribute to software design documentation
• Support verification efforts including planning and traceability
• Participate in risk management activities such as hazard analysis and FMEA
• Ensure alignment between requirements, implementation, and validation
• Collaborate with QA and cross-functional teams to ensure release readiness
• Identify documentation gaps and implement process improvements
• Guide team members on best practices for requirements and compliance documentation
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot complex technical issues

Position requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as C#, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience developing and maintaining complex systems
• Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear documentation
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Familiarity with regulatory standards and frameworks
• Experience with requirements management and traceability
• Knowledge of software design documentation practices

• Experience supporting audits or regulatory submissions
