The position blends strategic territory planning, relationship building, and solution-focused sales, with both virtual and onsite client engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling proposals, product trials, and presentations while providing market insights to inform product development. This is a remote-based position with flexible work arrangements and up to 50% travel, offering professional growth and the chance to influence healthcare delivery outcomes on a regional scale.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve new customer acquisition and sales goals
- Prospect and engage decision makers in hospitals, health systems, and medical associations across the Central Region
- Collaborate with clinical consultants, editorial teams, and channel partners to drive adoption of clinical decision solutions
- Deliver proposals, oversee product trials, and prepare client-facing materials that clearly communicate value
- Maintain deep knowledge of solutions and the competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations
- Share market insights with internal teams to guide product development, roadmap planning, and marketing strategy
- Travel up to 50% for customer meetings, conferences, and internal sales events
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare or medical SaaS environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare delivery systems and clinical workflows
- Proven track record in new customer acquisition and territory growth
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong organization, prioritization, and pipeline management capabilities
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, MEDDIC, SPIN) and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Must reside within the assigned Central Region territory and be willing to travel as needed
- Competitive salary range: USD $138,900 – $198,430 per year
