As the Senior Director, Total Rewards, you will serve as the chief architect of a mission-critical rewards strategy that powers a high-growth, data-driven healthcare technology ecosystem. This executive-level role offers the opportunity to design and implement enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, and well-being programs that directly impact the employee experience for a global workforce across the U.S. and India. Global Strategic Leadership: In partnership with executive leaders, you will develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy, ensuring guidelines and policies address diverse market requirements in both the USA and India while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
Executive Compensation Mastery: You will serve as the subject matter expert for the design and delivery of executive compensation, including stock/equity plans, performance-based incentives, and high-level rewards programs.
Data-Driven Decision Making: You will analyze and validate complex datasets to build compelling narratives, designing reports and presentations that articulate total rewards trends and budget impacts to the board and senior leadership.
Annual Program Execution: You will lead the seamless delivery of all annual cycles, including open enrollment, mid-year and year-end compensation reviews, promotion planning, and bonus execution through rigorous project management.
Team & Vendor Management: You will manage a geographically diverse team of compensation and benefits specialists, while also overseeing vendor contracts and relationships with consulting partners to ensure high-quality service and cost-efficiency.
Strategic Corporate Initiatives: You will provide critical support for corporate initiatives, particularly focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) through precise job mapping and total rewards integration.
Extensive Professional Experience: A minimum of 15 years of increasing responsibility in total rewards analysis, design, and administration, with at least 5 years of experience leading geographically diverse teams.
Technical & Financial Expertise: Proven experience building complex financial models for total rewards, as well as a deep background in designing salary plans, sales incentives, international compensation, and equity-based programs.
M&A and Integration Skills: Demonstrated experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, including the complexities of job mapping and organizational integration.
Global Market Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of North American compensation/benefits legislation and a foundational understanding of Indian compensation practices and regulatory requirements.
Education & Certification: A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or HR certification (PHR/SHRM) is highly preferred to demonstrate technical mastery.
Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to present complex data to executives, a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to problem-solving, and a high degree of accountability for data accuracy and detail.
Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary range of $174,446 – $240,000 USD, with eligibility for performance-based incentives.
