As a Senior Associate Platform Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital landscape of a Fortune 100 leader by overseeing the LeanIX Enterprise Architecture platform. By engineering sophisticated integrations with enterprise systems like ServiceNow and Apptio, you will directly fuel architectural maturity and informed decision-making across the organization. Your work will provide the architectural transparency and data integrity necessary to drive long-term agility and growth.
Platform Administration & Configuration: Lead the configuration and maintenance of the LeanIX platform, including the management of fact sheets, meta-model configurations, lifecycles, and reporting views to ensure a robust system-of-record.
Integration Engineering: Design, build, and operate scalable API-based integrations between LeanIX and key enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Apptio, and ACA Risk Rating, utilizing orchestration tools like MuleSoft.
Automation & Data Integrity: Automate data ingestion, synchronization, and reconciliation processes to minimize manual maintenance and proactively identify data gaps or failures through continuous monitoring.
Governance & Attestation: Execute periodic attestation exercises to validate application ownership and technology risk, while contributing to platform governance standards, tagging conventions, and documentation.
Strategic Insights: Partner with enterprise architects and application owners to support dashboards and reports that enable portfolio rationalization, cost transparency, and strategic architectural planning.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Platform Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience administering LeanIX within a large-scale enterprise environment.
Technical Integration Skills: Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and designing API-based integrations, specifically with platforms like MuleSoft, ServiceNow, or Apptio.
Automation Scripting: Proficiency in scripting and automation using technologies such as JavaScript or Python to improve platform operations.
Architectural Knowledge: Solid understanding of application portfolio management (APM), lifecycle management, and enterprise data governance processes.
Soft Skills: Methodical problem-solving approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders including business leaders and engineers.
Competitive Compensation: Annual base salary range of $100,000–$143,000, supplemented by an annual discretionary bonus program.
