This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a high-impact segment focused on transformation leaders and their teams. You will leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends to define positioning, messaging, and campaigns that engage both new and existing audiences. Working at the intersection of AI, human-centered design, and product marketing, you will influence product adoption, brand perception, and growth strategies. You’ll partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to craft compelling narratives, enable internal teams, and launch initiatives that highlight the value of innovative solutions. This position provides autonomy to drive meaningful impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your work will directly contribute to scaling products and services that have achieved product-market fit and elevate organizational transformation.
- Define and evolve the positioning, messaging, and value narrative for transformation-focused audiences
- Partner with Product and Revenue teams to shape offerings using customer feedback, market insight, and competitive intelligence
- Translate products, services, and use cases into clear, customer-centric value for prospects, existing customers, and internal teams
- Own go-to-market strategy for products and services, coordinating joint motions with software offerings from early validation through launch and iteration
- Develop launch narratives, customer-facing assets, and internal enablement materials to support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams
- Collaborate with Segment Marketers to activate stories across campaigns and lifecycle programs
- Work with Content Marketing, Demand Generation, and Communications to create thought leadership and product storytelling aligned with human-centered design and AI transformation
- Track adoption, usage, and engagement metrics to inform and refine future go-to-market strategy
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles in Consulting, Professional Services, or B2B SaaS
- Strong customer and market research skills with the ability to translate insights into strategic direction
- Experience scaling products and services that have achieved product-market fit
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Design and Product teams and credibility in human-centered design methodologies
- Proven storytelling and content development skills across thought leadership, campaigns, and product launches
- Experience supporting GTM teams including Sales and Lifecycle through messaging, enablement, and launch execution
- Excellent judgment, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced environments
- Human-Centered Design certification (LUMA or equivalent) is a plus
- Competitive base salary ($130,000 - $160,000) plus bonus
