This role offers a unique opportunity to drive enterprise sales and strategic partnerships in the evolving mental health and benefits space. You will lead full-cycle sales with national employer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships while consistently exceeding revenue targets. Operating in a dynamic, remote-first environment, you will manage complex deals, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, and develop repeatable playbooks for sustained growth. Your work will directly impact both business outcomes and the well-being of employees across organizations. This position requires strategic thinking, executive-level communication, and a proven ability to translate market insights into actionable sales opportunities. - Drive full-cycle enterprise sales with national employer accounts, including sourcing, qualifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships across multiple stakeholders in HR, benefits, and related functions
- Develop and execute repeatable sales strategies, ensuring a pipeline at least 3x the quota and overachieving revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling business cases and scale successful approaches across accounts
- Represent the organization at client meetings and industry events as needed
- Track, forecast, and manage opportunities using CRM tools to maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting
- Support internal knowledge sharing and playbook development to enhance team sales effectiveness
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare or health tech sales, with a strong record of selling technology-enabled solutions to employers
- 5+ years carrying quota in outbound sales, account management, or business development, consistently ranking in the top 25%
- 3+ years managing enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) and navigating multi-stakeholder, complex deals
- Experience selling to executive decision makers in HR, benefits, health plans, broker/consulting firms, or adjacent industries
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for external client-facing interactions
- Comfort with remote work, travel, and a dynamic, fast-paced sales environment
- Preferred: Experience at high-growth startups, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), multi-stakeholder deal execution, and marketplace familiarity
