Programme Leadership & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning and delivery of strategic, multi-year programmes, managing complex interdependencies across diverse technology workstreams to ensure alignment with enterprise goals.
Strategic Stakeholder Management: Identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization, establishing clear accountability and fostering a collaborative environment among diverse delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify potential risks within the programme lifecycle and develop quantified mitigation strategies to address challenges before they impact delivery timelines.
Technical Governance: Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and alignment sessions, clearly articulating problem statements and trade-offs while ensuring all activities comply with architecture reviews, procurement (RFx), and internal funding processes.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Utilize advanced tools like Planview and Microsoft Project to manage detailed activity dependencies, leveraging JIRA integration to automate milestone tracking and dashboarding for executive visibility.
Extensive Leadership Experience: At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in programme management, specifically within large-scale, technology-driven environments managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are highly advantageous.
Technical Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of core technology concepts across applications, data infrastructure, and cyber security, with the ability to translate technical complexities into business architecture.
Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Project for bottom-up activity management and Planview for dashboarding, alongside familiarity with JIRA for automated task status reporting.
Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with the communication skills required to influence stakeholders at the highest levels of the organization.
